COVID-19 Notice to all ECTARC students

During this constantly evolving situation regarding the COVID-19 outbreak, the safety of our employees, children and students is our highest priority.  We are closely monitoring this situation and actively following the advice issued by the Australian Government.

What we have in our favour is the experience and infrastructure ECTARC has at delivering distance education.  With 24-hour access to the ECTARC Training Portal, students can continue to study as normal.  ECTARC Training and Development Officers will be available to support students via email, ECTARC Live study sessions and taking calls 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, and Tuesday evenings 5pm to 7pm.

Non-essential travel and meetings to be postponed

What will change is that all non-essential travel and meetings will be postponed until the middle of April.  This means that ECTARC Training and Development Officers will not be visiting services for practical assessments or face-to-face training.  In most cases this will not disadvantage students or cause any issue for them to progress with their studies.  If a student or service has a specific case that they need addressed, please discuss this with your Training and Development Officer.

If the ECTARC team can assist you or your service during this time, please don't hesitate to call 02 4223 1111 or email info@ectarc.com.au.  Please also visit the Frequently Asked Questions page of our website for more information and our Resources page for supportive links and resources.
