ECTARC offers a wide range of nationally recognised, VETAB accredited programs and professional development opportunities to the early childhood industry. ECTARC traineeships, apprenticeships and distance study programs can be commenced at any time of year.

distance study

Study at your leisure from home. ECTARC offers programs from the Certificate III to Advanced Diploma level in Children's Services qualifications and the Certificate IV and Diploma in Out of School Hours Care. For those people wishing to commence a career in the early childhood field the Certificate III in Children's Services is the ideal place to start. ECTARC offers the upgrade from Certificate III to Diploma of Children's Services program for those who wish to continue their studies and improve their career opportunities. The Advanced Diploma of Children's Services is available for those with management aspirations.

ECTARC offers workshops throughout New South Wales and Queensland on a regular basis. Anyone can attend our workshops - existing workers, those wishing to enter the industry, parents and members of the community. Click here to go to the workshops page.
inservice

An experienced, qualified ECTARC Training Officer will come to your service to deliver a inservice training workshop to suit your needs. ECTARC can build an inservice to meet a specific training requirement or you can select from the wide range currently available.
