Enrolment
Students that wish to enrol need to complete a Distance Study Enrolment Form and Learning Needs Assessment Questionnaire and send both documents to ECTARC, Unit 2, 210 Shellharbour Road, Warrawong, NSW, 2502 or fax to 02 4223 1160.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
IDENTIFICATION: A certified copy of your driver's licence or passport is required to be sent as identification with your enrolment form.
All transcripts, qualifications, marriage certificates and official documents must be certified and signed by a Justice of the Peace before being sent in with enrolment forms.
Certified means that a Justice of the Peace has sited the original document and signed the copy of a document. To find a Justice of the Peace in your area visit this website http://jp.lawlink.nsw.gov.au/public/welcomePublic.do
