About ECTARC & Contact Details ECTARC is a community owned, not for profit registered training organisation that specialises in early childhood training and professional development. NTIS No: 90331. ECTARC is managed by Illawarra Area Child Care (IACC) and was established with the support of the Australian National Training Authority (ANTA) to provide: - accredited vocational training for those wishing to achieve qualifications - quality upskilling/in-service workshops for those working in or with an interest in the early childhood/community services field - dynamic, pro-active and responsive leadership in early childhood/community service training and research. ECTARC offers a range of qualifications and vocational training programs that are: nationally recognised based on nationally endorsed industry competency standards supported by qualified, vocational trainers accessible to all students not restricted by age or work experiences flexibly delivered. ECTARC has in place a quality management system to ensure compliance with Australian Quality Training Framework standards and other State/Territory legislation for registered training organisations. ECTARC conducts its operations iin line with the organisation's Code of Practice. IACC is a community owned organisation that also manages nine child care services in the Illawarra and Shoalhaven areas.
