Munch & Move is a NSW Health initiative that supports the healthy development of children birth to 5 years by promoting physical activity, healthy eating and reduced small screen time (e.g. watching TV or DVDs, playing on computers and small hand-held games devices). Munch & Move program training is delivered via a ‘live’ interactive webinar series.  Each webinar series consists of 4 sequential modules, with each module 2 hours in length.  Each series is delivered over a time frame of either 2 weeks or 4 weeks.

Services that have NOT previously been trained in Munch & Move are given priority access to the training.

For equitable access to this training, a maximum of 2 educators per centre-based early childhood education may attend.

It is recommended that educators who have a leadership role in promoting children's healthy eating and physical activity in the service, register for the Munch & Move webinar series.

To receive a Statement of Participation, ALL 4 WEBINARS in a series must be completed.
